Welcome to GoSuro. By accessing or using our website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Your continued use of GoSuro following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GoSuro is an AI-powered travel-assurance platform designed to help travellers prepare for international journeys with confidence. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Visa Readiness Assessment: AI-driven analysis of your travel profile and documents to identify potential visa-rejection risks.
• Document Validation: Automated review of supporting documents such as bank statements, invitation letters, and itineraries.
• Cover Letter Drafting: AI-assisted generation of personalised visa cover letters based on your travel purpose and profile.
• Real-Time Travel Alerts: Destination-specific advisories, entry-requirement updates, and safety notifications.
• Expert Guidance: Access to vetted travel and visa professionals for personalised consultations (where available).

GoSuro provides informational guidance and AI-powered tools only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities.

To use GoSuro you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from receiving or using the Services under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not, you must stop using GoSuro immediately.

Certain features of GoSuro require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at security@gosuro.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. GoSuro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including fabricated travel documents — through the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Services.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from GoSuro without our prior written consent.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without explicit written authorisation from GoSuro.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

GoSuro uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power its core features. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Guarantee of Outcome: AI-generated assessments, cover letters, and recommendations are provided as guidance only. GoSuro does not guarantee visa approval or any specific immigration outcome.
• Human Review Required: AI outputs should be reviewed by you and, where appropriate, by a qualified immigration professional before submission to any authority.
• Evolving Technology: AI systems can make errors. GoSuro continuously works to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee that all outputs are free from mistakes.
• Document Handling: Documents you upload are processed securely and are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software — are the exclusive property of GoSuro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GoSuro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (e.g., uploaded documents). By submitting content, you grant GoSuro a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You must not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

Certain features of GoSuro may be offered under paid subscription plans or one-time purchase models. Where applicable:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at GoSuro's sole discretion and only in cases of documented technical failure on our part. Please contact hello@gosuro.com with any billing concerns.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any visa refusal or immigration decision made by any authority.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated outputs.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties.

In no event shall GoSuro's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to GoSuro in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoSuro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services, including any fraudulent or misleading information.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

GoSuro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• We reasonably believe your account has been involved in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@gosuro.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, unless you opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Regardless of the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send an email notification to registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect (for significant changes).
• Display a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
